1. RED
All?h?s apostle salallahu 'alayhi wasalam said: ?Remember All?h in times of ease and prosperity, and He will remember you in times of hardship and adversity. And know; that which has passed you by and missed you, was never going to befall you, and whatever has befallen you was never going to miss you. And know that victory comes with patience, relief comes after affliction and ease comes after hardship.?

Hadith Arbain #19

2. PURPLE
All?h?s apostle salallahu 'alayhi wasalam supplication was: ?O All?h! I seek refuge in you from an evil neighbour; and from a wife that causes me to grow old before old age; and from a son who will become a master over me; and from wealth that becomes a punishment for me and from a cunning friend whose gaze is upon me and whose heart is plotting and planning against me, such that if he sees something good, he buries it, and if he sees something bad he spreads it.?

Collected by at-Tabar?ni in ?ad-dua? (3/1425/1339)

3. GREEN
On the authority of ?Abdul-Rahman ibn ?Amr As-Sulami that Al-?Irbad ibn Sariyahz said:
The Prophet n gave an eloquent sermon one day after the early morning prayer due to which the eyes flowed with tears and hearts were moved so one of us said, ?Oh messenger of All?h, it is as if this is a farewell sermon,
so what do you advise us with??

He n said, ?I advise you with the fear of All?h and to hear and obey (your leaders) even if an Abyssinian slave were to rule over you for whomsoever lives amongst you after me then they will see many differences so beware of newly invented matters for it is misguidance. So whoever reaches that amongst you then upon you is to follow my sunnah and the sunnah of the rightly guided caliphs, stick to it and bite onto it with the molar teeth.?

The hadith of al-'Irbad ibn Sariyah from Sahih Sunan at-Tirmidhee no. 2676.

4. BLUE
All?h?s apostle salallahu 'alayhi wasalam said: ?When All?h wills good for his slave, he hastens the punishment for him in this world, and when All?h wills ill for his slave, he withholds the punishment for his sins from him until he comes with all his sins on the day of resurrection.?
Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (2396); classed as saheeh by al-Alb?ni in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.
