Can I customize the artwork?

Yes. Contact us via WhatsApp directly for further info or via email here.

How do I place my order?

  1. Select the artwork(s) that you want, choose the quantity and click “Add to Cart”.
  2. Go to the Shopping Cart.
  3. Select Shipping options (“Flat Rate” or “Local Pickup”) and Click “Checkout”.
  4. Select Existing or Add new Billing Address, Payment Method (“Direct Bank Transfer” or “PayPal”), then view your order summary and click “Place Order”.
  5. You will be guided to PayPal page to complete your payment.
  6. Once payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation on screen and via your registered email.

What is My Wishlist?

My Wishlist contains a list of items you selected for your reference or for future purchase.

Can I change items or cancel my order?

You cannot change items or cancel your order once your order has been confirmed and paid.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

All artworks, once sold are non-returnable or exchangeable except for the following:

    • Artworks received are different from what you have ordered; i.e. wrong books are delivered.
    • Artwork is damaged or not in desired condition upon delivery.

All reporting of above situation must be made within 3 days upon receiving of goods. All returned products must be returned to us in their original condition/packaging and must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and serial number clearly printed on it for verification.

How can I check or track my order?

You can check your order status on My Account / Recent Orders.

If your order has shipped, you can track your order on shipper website with the tracking code provided in My Account.

What are the payment options?

We accept Visa Card, MasterCard, PayPal for overseas payment and Direct Bank Transfer for local payment.

Are there any deposits required for Custom orders?

For Custom orders, a 100% deposit shall be required.

What are your shipping types and charges?

Local Pickup
  • Select Local Pickup if you wish to collect from Deen Kreativez. No delivery charge applies.
Flat Rate
  • Orders S$100 and above – Free
  • Orders below S$100 – Delivery Charge S$7
Overseas Delivery
  • Shipping Charge depends on the shipping location and weight of the items.
  • You can view your Shipping Charge at Checkout after you entered your Shipping Address.

When will I receive my order?

Depending on stock availability and origin of supply, you should receive your order within 15 working days. (Please note that 15 days is just a guide, actual days may varies)

Why do you need up to 15 working days to deliver my order?

Upon confirmation of an order, some products may have to be shipped from our overseas suppliers who have stock of the products. When this happen, we will need more days to fulfill your order.

How do I create an account?

It is easy and simple to sign up with Deen Kreativez. Go to the My Account page, and fill up all the required fields (Username, email address and password). Required fields are indicated by an asterisk(*). Finalize your details and enjoy your DK experience!

What should I do if I lost my password?

Go to My Account page and click the “Lost your password?” link. Enter your username or email address associated with your account, then click “Reset Password” button. We will send you an email with subject “Password reset for Deen Kreativez” with a link where you can reset your password. Please ensure your username or email address is entered exactly as when you first registered it.
